The team at Anthony Watson Chartered Architect are professional, committed and have many years of project experience.

 

 

Paul Elliott - Principal

 

Paul has been with Anthony Watson Architects since 1988, and is now the Principal of the Practice following Tony Watson's retirement in 2010. He has worked extensively in the voluntary housing sector over the last 30 years with all the major registered providers in the North East. He also has a wealth of experience in development for private clients, both in the residential and commercial sectors.

 

 

Tim Cook - Associate

 

Tim joined the Practice in 1992 and in 1998 became an Associate.  Tim has a range of experience as Project Architect across numerous sectors including Education, Healthcare and Private Sector Housing.  

Sean Donoghue - Associate / Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor

 

Sean joined the Practice in 2003 and in 2009 became an Associate.Sean qualified with a degree in Quantity Surveying and then changed career path to Architecture. He is a fully qualified Architectural Technologist CfSH Assessor and SAP/EPC Assessor. He has a wide experience of Social and Private Housing and acted as Architectural Consultant and Project Manager for many new housing and refurbishment schemes.

 

 

Owen Taylor - Senior Architectural Technologist

 

Owen has been with the Practice since 2001. He has a structural engineering background and brings over 30 years of experience to the office. Owen has a vast knowledge of the commercial and industrial world and has more recently extended his expertise to include healthcare and residential.

Danielle Donoghue - Architect

 

Danielle has been with the Practice for 15 years following her studies at Newcastle University. She has worked extensively with registered housing providers, as well as private residential developers. Her skills are in design and presentation with several awards/commissions in the Practice recognising these.
