Originally constructed in the 1850's as individual plots, this Victorian Terrace has been transformed into luxurious apartments and townhouses. Latterly used as offices, Gentoo acquired the properties from Sunderland Mutual Marine Insurance Company and set about returning these buildings to their former glory. Working closely with Sunderland's Conservation team, the 19th century terrace was sympathetically converted and restored into contemporary living accommodation fit for the 21st century.

Thorngate Mill is a Grade II listed conversion of a former mill which dates back to the 1840's. The mill is situated on the banks of the River Tees in Barnard Castle which is a historic market town within the picturesque Teesdale Valley. The conversion was sympathetically done in conjunction with the planners and conservation department. The result is a development of luxurious contemporary apartments which complement the historical heritage of the mill.
